Bring yourself back to spirit with this gentle somatic "dealing with the body" practice. We will explore passive stretching, thought from the organs perceptive, modalities like alexander technique and bones for life sprinkled throughout, and restorative resting.
Wednesdays 12:30 - 1:30pm
Silent vinyasa yoga class, a flowing sequence in coordination with the breathe. Vibration Hz music will be played. There will be no verbal instruction, only visual if you choose to follow, or you can simply lead your own practice and be in the presence of others without judgement.
Let us explore the senses! Each month we will have a new theme with a gentle flow practice and restorative poses.
